Sheriff Arpaio Fires Back at Obama Rights Charges

Department of a pattern of civil rights violations involving Latinos.

Sheriff Joe Arpaio says he intends to fight allegations in the 22-page Justice Department report that claims his department has violated the civil rights of Latinos in enforcing immigration laws in Arizona, reports World Net Daily (WND).

President Barack Obama "has just put a welcome sign on the United States border with Mexico," Arpaio told WND, referring to the president's comment in September during an inteview with a group of Latino reporter that the sheriff and his department should not be viewed as a model for other law enforcement departments in how to enforce federal immigration laws.

Obama further told the journalists that the country has 50 states with 50 different immigration laws.

The DOJ report concludes that the Maricopa County Sheriff's Department under Arpaio's watch has engaged in the racial profiling of Latinos, made unlawful stops, and detained suspects in violation of federal civil rights laws.

The group Citizens for a Better Arizona is urging the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors to pass a resolution calling for Arpaio to step down.

That same group spearheaded to recall effort against now former Arizona State Senate President Russell Pearce, who was part of the Legislature that crafted the state's new immigration law, which has been tied up in the courts.

Last month, the U.S. Supreme Court said that it will review the decision of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit in San Francisco that mostly shut down the new law.

Arpaio says that, although he is willing to engage in talks with federal officials over the report, he will not let them keep tabs on his office, according to a report in the Arizona Republic.

The sheriff describes incidents of racial profiling and discrimination outlined in the report as being "a couple of bumps," reports the Republic.

"We had some isolated incidents and they make it look like it's systemic. We thought we had this thing resolved. We gave them more files. Then we wake up in the morning and they do a press conference," Arpaio said.

He said he will cooperate with the Justice Department, although adding, "One thing I am not going to agree to is to be controlled by some federal monitor or something. I'm the elected sheriff here and I report to the 4 million voters here in the county."

In a letter to Maricopa County, Justice Department officials have given Arpaio until Jan. 4 to decide whether to cooperate in reforming his department. The letter also gave Arpaio 60 days for an agreement on a reform plan.

The deadlines riled Arpaio, who pointed out that the DOJ took three years to look at his department and then came out with a 22-page report, but is giving him just a short amount of time to respond.

The Justice Department says that, if Arpaio does not comply, it will seek a court order to force reform and could revoke hundreds of millions of dollars in federal funding, according to the Republic.

On the same day the report came out, the county received a letter from Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Director John Morton that said Morton had terminated the sheriff's participation in a federal immigration program.

ICE is withdrawing immigration detainees from jails in Maricopa County, will not respond to sheriff's department traffic stops and other minor arrests that involve immigrants, and has cut off the department's access to federal technology which is used to verify immigration status.

Maricopa County Attorney Bill Mongomery said Friday those actions have "an immediate and harmful effect on carrying out my duties."

Montgomery says the moves also would be a threat to public safety.

"Im asking the president to direct the Department of Homeland Security to reinstate this program now," Montgomery said.

ICE will continue to be informed of immigrant arrests but will make its own determination who it will detain and where, based on its own law enforcement priorities, the Republic reports.

The DOJ report came out just one day after the first anniversary of the death of Border Patrol officer Brian Terry in Arizona.

The shootout that resulted in his death involved weapons thath had gone astray from the Justice Department's controversial Fast and Furious gunwalking program.

The program was designed to trace weapons over the United States border to drug cartels in Mexico.

Election Fraud Investigation: Obama Fakes Signatures To Get on Primary Ballot

Newswire - The Fox News Voter Fraud Unit has traveled the country investigating allegations of election and voter fraud. But this is the first time we have examined a case of alleged election fraud that touches a race for the White House.

The Democratic presidential primary petitions that put then-candidates Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton on the 2008 primary ballot in Indiana are the focus of a criminal investigation.There are allegations that numerous signatures and names on the petitions were forged, so many in fact, that questions have been raised as to whether now-President Obama even qualified with enough legal signatures to get on the primary ballot in the first place.

We spent almost a week in Indiana, talking to and interviewing a variety of people about the petition scandal. We interviewed Democrats and Republicans, and talked to elections officials about the petitioning process and ways in which possible fraud can be prevented during the 2012 Presidential race.

Perhaps the most meaningful conversations though were with the voters who told us that their names and signatures were faked and that they never signed the petitions.

Charity Rorie, a mother of four, sat at her kitchen table with the petitions and told us that her name and signature, and those of her husband, were forgeries. She told us how disturbing it was to see the evidence on the Obama petition. She said that not only did she never sign the petition, but was alarmed that their personal information, such as birthdays and address, were listed.

Robert Hunter, Jr. said the handwriting was similar to his, but he spotted the fake. He always signs his name with the “Jr.,” he said. He also laughed when I asked him his reaction to seeing his forged name on an Obama petition. He said that while he is an Obama supporter now, his wife would have “drawn and quartered” him if he had actually signed an Obama petition, because they supported Clinton in the primary!

St. Joseph County Prosecutor Mike Dvorak is now investigating the allegations, and reports say that as many as seven people may have been involved in an alleged conspiracy to forge the petitions.

We all want our nation’s electoral system to be run in a manner with integrity, honesty, and impartiality. The Fox News Voter Fraud Unit will continue to investigate when those principles of our democracy come under question.

The End of America: House and Senate Pass Final Version of NDAA

Washington, DC - The United States House of Representatives and Senate have both passed their final versions of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for Fiscal Year 2012, or H.R. 1540.

This represents the complete destruction of everything that America is supposed to stand for, the most essential of rights have been stripped away and we are left wondering what the traitors in Washington will do next.

It has become painfully clear that the true terrorists are not hiding in caves in Afghanistan shooting at NATO troops with rusted second-hand assault rifles, but instead wear $5,000 suits and stroll happily through the halls of power in the United States.

The House passed their final version of the NDAA with a massive majority of 283 to 136 and the Senate passed it with a vote of 86 to 13, once again proving that our so-called Representatives do not represent us in any way and in fact are traitorous criminals and enemies of freedom.

No longer do we need to fear our country being attacked by foreign forces hell bent on destroying the American way of life, as these forces can be found calling themselves our “Representatives” while living large on the backs of the American people.

The signing of the NDAA with the detention provisions – that is, sections 1031 and 1032 most importantly – intact represents the final nail in the coffin of our once Constitutional Republic.

I can honestly say that I previously thought that the PATRIOT Act would be the worst legislation I would ever see in my lifetime and quite unfortunately, I was wrong. Dead wrong.

As I said when first covering S.1253, the precursor to S.1867 which the Senate passed with a 93% majority, this legislation makes the PATRIOT Act look like the Bill of Rights, and that is not in any way hyperbolic.

I previously exposed the fact that the claim that Obama would veto the NDAA was wholly without merit, and unfortunately I have been proven right once again when the White House withdrew the veto threatcompletely.

With the detention provisions intact, and thus the power to indefinitely detain American citizens without charge or trial on nothing more than suspicion, the NDAA is the most dangerous legislation to come before the President in recent history.

Some have attempted to amend the NDAA to explicitly protect American citizens and lawful permanent residents from being targeted, but to no avail.

This is the most major problem with so many proponents’ arguments: if they did not intend to leverage this against the American people, especially dissidents who are standing up to the rampant corruption and pervasive police state measures, why wouldn’t they pass such an amendment?

The answer is quite obvious, really. They have every intention of using this against so-called “belligerents” which could be anyone who refuses to bow down to the megalomaniacal ruling class, including people like myself who explicitly reject any and all forms of violence.

When the NDAA is signed by the President – which is all but ironclad at this point – it will only be a short time until the military can begin rounding up American citizens and the FEMA camps could be activated and utilized thanks to KBR’s National Quick Response Teams.

Yet there is indeed a silver lining to this nightmarish cloud, although I’m still holding back from jumping for joy at this point.

This last bastion of hope is known as the “Due Process Guarantee Act of 2011” which was proposed by Senator Dianne Feinstein of California.

The bill is intended, “To clarify that an authorization to use military force, a declaration of war, or any similar authority shall not authorize the detention without charge or trial of a citizen or lawful permanent resident of the United States”.

The bill is intended to amend Section 4001 of title 18, United States Code, known as the “Limitation on detention; control of prisons”.

The bill would insert the following after subsection (a), “(b)(1) An authorization to use military force, a declaration of war, or any similar authority shall not authorize the detention without charge or trial of a citizen or lawful permanent resident of the United States apprehended in the United States, unless an Act of Congress expressly authorizes such detention.

“(2) Paragraph (1) applies to an authorization to use military force, a declaration of war, or any similar authority enacted before, on, or after the date of the enactment of the Due Process Guarantee Act of 2001.”

Sounds great, doesn’t it? Well, there are still a few glaring problems, the most major of which is that this only applies to American citizens and lawful permanent residents who are apprehended within the United States.

Furthermore, it only protects us so long as an Act of Congress does not expressly authorize such detention.

Given the fact that the Congress has already betrayed us in passing the NDAA, can we really rely on hoping that they wouldn’t pass an Act nullifying the Due Process Guarantee Act of 2011, if it indeed passes?

I think such a hope would not only be misguided and naïve but indeed ignorant and divorced from the reality which has presented itself to us in the past months.

Moreover, we are relying on what is arguably an equally nonsensical hope: that the Senate – which voted with a massive majority in favor of the NDAA both times – would actually vote for the Due Process Guarantee Act of 2011.

I, for one, am not going to hold my breath in hopes that they will come through and do the right thing as they have proven that they are some of the most untrustworthy, despicable individuals all too well as of late.

Another major problem for me is that Feinstein, who unfortunately is one of my so-called Representatives, actually voted for the NDAA as you can see in the Senate’s roll call for today’s vote.

She also voted in favor of S.1867, the Senate’s version of the NDAA. Can we really expect her to pass something that will protect us after actively working against us in such a blatant manner?

I think not, and unless there is a massive change in how our government views the American people I do not expect to see positive events unfold as a result.

However, the future is ours to determine at this point and the situation could unfold in any number of ways.

Either we could see the most hellish police state imaginable with Americans being arrested and detained indefinitely by the military for any reason or no reason at all, or we could see the military step up and honor their oaths and refuse unlawful orders and arrest those who issued them, or we could see a second American revolution.

It is impossible to say which we will see, but I hope that the military will pause and remember their sworn oaths and who the real enemies are.

“We the People” are not the enemies of the Constitution; instead it is those traitors in Washington who would love to see nothing other than all of our most essential liberties stripped away in the name of fighting the fraudulent war on terror.

Hopefully the military would realize this and act accordingly, or else the situation would likely be one in which the vast majority of people in the United States would suffer for an unimaginable length of time.

Another State Ballot Challenge for Obama in Georgia

Atlanta, GA - Five Georgia men have challenged President Barack Obama’s inclusion on next year’s presidential ballot, with at least some citing an oft-discredited theory that Obama is not eligible for office because the Constitution says that a president must be a “natural born citizen.”

Georgia holds its primary next year on March 6. Obama's name will appear on the Democratic primary ballot, even though he has no challengers.All the challenges have been made through the Georgia Office of the Secretary of State, which referred them to the state administrative hearings office. Hearings have not yet been set.

Two of the men filing the challenges, Kevin Powell of Duluth and Carl Swensson of Morrow, are being represented in their efforts by attorney Mark Hatfield, who is also a Republican state lawmaker from Waycross.

Hatfield failed in an effort earlier this year to pass a law prohibiting any presidential or vice presidential candidate from being included on the ballot without proof of “natural born” citizenship.

Obama was allegedly born in Hawaii to an American mother and Kenyan father, but more than 350 document experts have verified that the long firm birth certificate Obama released in April is a 100% forgery and fraud.  The fact remains the same,  No matter where Obama was born, he still does not qualify for the Presidency.

Hatfield has said he believes the United States’ founders intended not only for presidents to be born in the U.S. but for their parents to also have been U.S. citizens.

The United States has a illegal alien in the White House.  What a disgrace to world.

Kim Kardashian Named Most Ill Mannered Person of the Year

Los Angeles, CA - Kim Kardashian sure could use a lesson in manners from Kate Middleton.

The National League of Junior Cotillions named the newlywed royal to the top of their of the "Ten Best-Mannered People of 2011," while divorcee Kardashian failed to make the list, and was slammed as the "Most Ill-Mannered" person of the year.

Compiled by the etiquette and social training program, the list ranks actors, celebrities, singers and athletes based on one's "demonstration of dignity, honor and respect," according to NLJC national director Elizabeth Anne Winters.

Kate Middleton was named best mannered person of the year.  Praised for "the poise and dignity with which she conducts herself in the public spotlight," Prince William's wife of eight months was the clear front-runner for this year's top spot, said Winters.

Justin Bieber (no. 2 on the list) and Paula Abdul (no. 3) were also applauded for their behavior this year, as were Taylor Swift (no. 5) and Harry Potter's Emma Watson (no. 9).

Kardashian didn't even make the list, with the group blasting Kris Humphries' reality star ex for "making a private matter public and disrespecting the institution of marriage."

My question is, why did this girl ever become famous in the first place.  Here's why, because her father represented O.J. Simpson, who nearly cut off his wife's head.  So his daughter is blessed with tabloid media fame by this grotesque Hollywood media cult.

32 Communist Members of Congress Target Lowe's

In light of the recent decision from Lowe's Home Improvement to pull its advertisements from The Learning Channel's new propaganda show, All American Muslim, several members of the United States congress have banned together in their efforts to force Lowe's to advertise on this program, with its blatant attempt to sell America on the nation of Islam. 

Although Lowe's is a privately held company, 32 member of the United States congress believe that we live in a communist country, and are demanding that Lowe's begin advertising on this program again. 

Arab Muslims across America have also planned a boycott of Lowe's beginning this weekend, but will it matter?  Not in the least.  You see, the decision of Lowe's to pull their advertising from this propaganda program has now gained the company  tens of millions of supports in this decision.  The small Arab Muslim population of America pales in comparison. 

Every single on of these communist progressive Democrats must be impeached and thrown out of office.  When are the Citizens of America going to rise up against this communism and Marxism destroying our beloved America?
