Cannabis Oil is a Highly Efficient Natural Cancer Cure

Ron Paul Wins Idaho Straw Poll

Garden City, ID - Despite a speech from U.S. Sen. Jim Risch backing Mitt

Romney, Rep. Ron Paul won Friday’s pay-to-play vote. Paul’s surrogate was Washington state Rep. Matt Shea of Spokane Valley.

How strong a win? The former Libertarian got 43 percent (173 votes) to the former Massachusetts governor’s 34 percent (135). Trailing them were Newt Gingrich with 12 percent (47 votes), Rick Santorum at 10 percent (40) and Jon Huntsman with 1 percent (4). A total of 399 people from across Idaho participated. Rick Perry's campaign asked not to be included on the straw poll ballot.

What’s it mean? It cost $30 to participate, and party officials cautioned against making too much of the result. The poll was a party fundraiser held at the Riverside Hotel in Garden City.

New plan for GOP: Idaho Republicans are using a caucus for the first time this year. Party officials hope for 15,000 to caucus in Ada and Canyon counties alone.

While Treasonous Media Blasts Republicans, Obama Destroying Nation

The Shell Game is in full swing.

Watch closely; the hands move quickly and it takes a sharp mind, quick eyes and cat-like instincts to keep up with all the movement going on right in front of us.

Much has been written and will still be written about the way the media is covering the Republican candidates, but while that is going on, Barack Obama is destroying the US military and trashing our Constitution … and who knows what else?

The media has eyes wide shut and can only tell us Mitt Romney is unacceptable and Rick Santorum is un-electable. But skip that for now; there are actually much larger issues.

While the world gets more dangerous under his watch, Obama is cutting defense spending by half a trillion dollarsover the next 10 years. Oh, the Activist Old Media may give it a passing mention and may even show Obama’s soundbites while saying he is acting in ours, and the worlds, best interest, but if you blink you will miss where the shell is hidden. Obama is now officially more dangerous than Jimmy Carter, and Carter gave us the first “Arab Spring.”

What has happened with the recent recess appointments to reward Obama’s union thugs is worthy of a lead story for nights on end, but it barely gets a peep from the Activist Old Media. Jonah Goldberg rightly calls it “An Imperial Sham.” While he goes after Harry Reid and Obama, his brutal prose is probably too kind. Meanwhile, the Democrat’s Media Arm spends more time wondering where Rick Perry will go jogging next. Quick, look over there!

Simply put, Article 1 of the Constitution says that Congress sets its schedule. If they say they are not in recess, then they are not in recess and the president cannot make recess appointments. Another point, the three chosen for the Labor Relations Board have never had a hearing before Congress, so they have never been given thumbs up or down by Congress, as required. Supreme Leader just put them in in defiance of our Constitution. We have never seen this in our history. Never. This is an illegal, un-Constitutional Shell Game we are watching. An attorney from the ACLU told Fox News that Obama has “shredded” the Constitution. But that was on Fox News. When will the rest of the media notice what happened here? Some have stepped to the plate and acknowledged how Obama and Reid’s actions are unconstitutional, but they’ll be on it for a day, then throw it back like a two-inch trout. Where are the Junk Yard Dogs? What happened to that same media that went after George W. Bush for four years over Valerie Plame? Flameout. What cups are Solyndra and Fast and Furious hiding under now?

Oh, the 2012 Carnival is in full swing and Obama knows it. This is his time, his chance to get away with virtually anything he wants while his media are off serving Republicans on a platter.

There is an answer to this. I am calling on every Republican candidate to stop pointing their guns at each other and go squarely after this White House for what is happening right now. Since they are the only ones being covered, they can force the media to cover Obama’s actions because those are the only sound bites they’ll give them. Otherwise, they will aid and perpetuate the media Shell Game going on right now. These guys are all smart enough to know how to turn the questions around. When ABC tries to ask what they think about what Newt said in the ’90s or what Mitt talked about in the ’80s or what Paul had in a newsletter in the ’70s, they must turn them on their ear and tell them Obama tried to destroy the military and the Constitution this week. This week!

Treasonous Media Blackout: Obama Gives Sanctuary City Status to Entire Nation

Washington, DC -  In a shocking and unprecedented move last week, the Obama administration reversed the nation’s illegal immigration policy. On December 29, US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) announced new measures in dealing with illegal immigrants. Instead of accepting custody of illegal aliens for deportation, ICE will now only accept illegal immigrants who have been arrested, tried and convicted of a separate criminal offense. In short, illegal immigration is no longer considered a crime by the Federal government.

ICE will only take custody of illegals after they've been tried and convicted of other crimes.

A separate section of the ICE bulletin announcing the policy change also contains information regarding the new toll free phone number ICE has set up to aid individuals arrested and facing possible deportation. If the ICE announcement can be taken at its word, it states, “The new measures include a new detainer form and the launch of a toll-free hotline - (855) 448-6903 - that detained individuals can call if they believe they may be US citizens or victims of a crime.”

This could be viewed as a type of ‘emergency stop’ button for American citizens on the verge of being deported, as well as a whistle-blower hotline for immigrants of any legal status that are being victimized by corrupt US agents. On the other hand, future reality may prove this policy to be an illegal immigrant advocacy program. But as it’s currently stated, the toll free number would be used to protect all individuals from predatory and criminal government agents.

Sanctuary status nationwide

The part of the announcement that has shocked many on both sides of the immigration policy debate is the section that reads:

“The new form allows ICE to make the detainer operative only upon the individual's conviction of the offense for which he or she was arrested.”

In other words, ICE will only deport illegal immigrants if they are convicted of something other than illegal immigration. Or assumedly, ICE would still deport illegals if they are arrested, tried and convicted of illegal immigration on the Federal level. But maybe not.

Under current law and its previous interpretation, local authorities are allowed to detain illegal immigrants for up to 48 hours longer than they normally would be allowed to, but only if Federal authorities submit an official ‘detainer’ request. Now, ICE will only submit the request for individuals tried and convicted of separate crimes.

“Lots of criminal aliens will be released if the locals don’t have the resources or inclination to prosecute, or if the [suspect] is found not guilty because of a technicality,” Mark Krikorian, director of the Center for Immigration Studies, told The Daily Caller this weekend. “We’ll have more and more instances of illegals released by police because [federal immigration officials] wouldn’t take them, who then go on to commit some heinous crime,” he added.

The new policy also requires local authorities to provide all detainees with a copy of their rights, in the form of the detainer form, including the fact that they can’t be held more than 48 hours. If they are held longer than that, or if their “civil rights or civil liberties” are violated, the suspected illegal immigrant is required to be informed of how to make an official complaint. To insure detainees understand their rights, the detainer form will be printed in Spanish, French, Portuguese, Chinese and Vietnamese.

The Chicago connection

The announcement by ICE of their new policy to refuse to deport illegal immigrants shouldn’t be too much of a surprise. In President Obama’s home town of Chicago, Cook County became the first county in the nation to stop turning illegal immigrants over to ICE for deportation. The local ordinance was passed by a 10-5 vote of the Cook County Board. Read the Chicago Independen Examiner article, ‘County Votes 10-5 to Release Violent Felons’ for details. One month later, Chicago and Cook County actually went ahead and began releasing illegal immigrants, arrested and accused of felonies, into society rather than turn them over for deportation. While few details are available detailing the success or failure of Chicago’s new illegal immigrant release program, the rest of the nation won’t have to wait long. With budget shortfalls and prison overcrowding already major problems, it’ll be difficult for local police departments across the country to do anything other than release these individuals back into American society. Detaining, feeding, sheltering, trying and convicting each and ever illegal immigrant on separate criminal charges would be so expensive, it’s just not possible.

Closet Homosexual Chicago Cardinal Compares Gay Rights Parade to KKK Rally

CHICAGO - Grotesquely shameful, closet homosexual Cardinal Francis George of Chicago, is apologizing for remarks comparing an annualgay rights parade to a Ku Klux Klan rally.

In a Chicago Tribune interview, George said he is "truly sorry for the hurt my remarks have caused."

George said he has gay and lesbian family members, and his remarks "evidently wounded a good number of people. I am sorry for the hurt."

The cardinal's initial remarks last month were prompted by plans by gay pride leaders to route a parade at a time that would have interfered with services at a church. He said it resembled anti-Catholic marches once staged by the Klan. The time of the parade was changed.

Gay rights groups condemned his comments.

An official of The Civil Rights Agenda, which called for George's resignation because of his remarks, said Friday that he is pleased by the cardinal's apology. Anthony Martinez, executive director for thegay rights group, said George has set a good example of leadership by admitting he was wrong.

Obama Unable to Register for State Primary As Alabama Reviews Eligibility

Newswire - An Alabama Court has announced that it will hear arguments as to whether Barack Hussein Obama II is in fact eligible to appear on the State Presidential Primary Ballot.

Alabama citizens have filed a lawsuit within the Alabama Circuit Court to "prevent certification of President Barack Obama for 2012 Alabama ballot access pending final hearing based on factual evidentiary hearings."

The deadline for any candidate to register to appear on the Alabama Presidential Primary ballot is just days away, but by agreeing to hear the case, the Alabama Courts have effectively stalled any efforts by the Democratic Party to place Obama on the ballot.

Just as important is the fact that the Court did indeed accept the case. By agreeing to hear the case, the Court appears to have recognized that the defendants, ordinary Alabama citizens, do in fact have standing. In many previous eligibility cases, courts have ruled that ordinary citizens did not have standing, in other words were not sufficiently harmed by the actions of the defendant and therefore had no legal right to bring their case before the courts. 

The actions of this Alabama Court is a game changer in that the legal system has finally recognized that ordinary citizens CAN be harmed and DO have the right to protest unconstitutional actions committed at the highest levels of Federal government.

This case could revolutionize the legal system AND return the judiciary to the duty our Founding Fathers intended – protecting the citizenry from Federal power mongering.
