Mississippi NAACP Leader Sent to Prison for 10 Counts of Voter Fraud...Today's Black KKK

Newswire - While NAACP President Benjamin Jealous lashed out at new state laws requiring photo ID for voting, an NAACP executive sits in prison, sentenced for carrying out a massive voter fraud scheme.

In a story ignored by the national media, in April a Tunica County, Miss., jury convicted NAACP official Lessadolla Sowers on 10 counts of fraudulently casting absentee ballots. Sowers is identified on an NAACP website as a member of the Tunica County NAACP Executive Committee.

Sowers received a five-year prison term for each of the 10 counts, but Circuit Court Judge Charles Webster permitted Sowers to serve those terms concurrently, according to the Tunica Times, the only media outlet to cover the sentencing.

“This crime cuts against the fabric of our free society,” Judge Webster said.

Sowers was found guilty of voting in the names of Carrie Collins, Walter Howard, Sheena Shelton, Alberta Pickett, Draper Cotton and Eddie Davis. She was also convicted of voting in the names of four dead persons: James L. Young, Dora Price, Dorothy Harris, and David Ross.

In the trial, forensic scientist Bo Scales testified that Sowers’s DNA was found on the inner seals of five envelopes containing absentee ballots.

This wasn’t Sowers’s first run-in with the law. Sowers previously had her probation revoked for disturbing the peace at a junior high school library, the Commercial Appeal of Memphis reported in 1990. During a hearing at that time, Sowers played the race card. She claimed to be the victim of “an attempt by powerful whites to silence” her, the newspaper reported. It didn’t work. She was ordered back to prison to complete the remaining two years of a three-year sentence she received for check forgery.

The NAACP has had other problems with voter fraud. The NAACP National Voter Fund registered a dead man to vote in Lake County, Ohio, in 2004. That same year, out of 325 voter registration cards filed by the NAACP in Cleveland, 48 were flagged as fraudulent.

But the NAACP’s voter fraud record doesn’t approach that of ACORN, the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now. At least 54 individuals employed by or associated with ACORN have been convicted of voter fraud.

Voter fraud, sometimes called electoral fraud, is a blanket term used by lawyers that encompasses a host of election-related improprieties including fraudulent voting, voter registration fraud, perjury, forgery, counterfeiting, impersonation, intimidation, and identity fraud.

And ACORN, which filed for bankruptcy last November, was itself convicted of voter fraud in Nevada in April. Sentencing is scheduled for Aug. 10 in Las Vegas. ACORN was also banished from Ohio in 2010 when it settled a state racketeering filed against it by the 1851 Center for Constitutional Law, a project of the Buckeye Institute. Under the settlement ACORN, which is now reorganizing its state chapters under different names, agreed never to return to the state.

Election experts say voter fraud is fairly common, but progressive activists typically insist that the crime is virtually nonexistent. Republicans, they say, routinely exaggerate claims of voter fraud in order to whip their political base into a frenzy and push for voter ID laws. Liberals say such laws are unfair, and claim that they discourage minorities and the poor from voting.

The NAACP’s Jealous said Monday at the group’s 102nd annual convention in Los Angeles that photo ID laws are part of an attempt to disenfranchise minorities through some “of the last existing legal pillars of Jim Crow.” Such laws stem from “the worst and most racist elements” in conservative Tea Party groups, he said.

Stephen Colbert, the liberal comedian who portrays an overbearing conservative Republican on his cable TV show “The Colbert Report,” broadcast a segment this week ridiculing Republicans for treating voter fraud as a serious problem.

Some Democrats, however, aren’t laughing. The office of District Attorney Brenda F. Mitchell, a registered Democrat who serves Mississippi’s 11th Circuit Court District, successfully prosecuted Sowers. Mitchell was appointed to the post by Republican Gov. Haley Barbour in January 2010 after the previous DA resigned. She’s now seeking the Democratic nomination for the office in a primary election scheduled for Aug. 2.

Mitchell doesn’t appear to be a conservative. She served as a legal consultant to the far-left, New York-based public interest law firm the Center for Constitutional Rights. That firm represented ACORN in an ultimately unsuccessful lawsuit challenging the constitutionality of a federal law defunding the activist group. Mitchell didn’t return calls seeking comment for this article.

U.S. Sen. Amy Klobuchar, Minnesota Democrat, is also no conservative. But she won a conviction against Joshua Reed for voter registration fraud in 2004 when she was the Hennepin County, Minn. Prosecutor.

“It was very important for the public integrity of our electoral system that somebody, if they do something like this, gets charged, gets convicted and gets consequences,” Klobuchar said at the time.

Democrats, including Nevada Attorney General Catherine Cortez Masto, Pittsburgh District Attorney Stephen A. Zappala Jr., and Miami, Fla., State Attorney Katherine Fernandez Rundle, have all vigorously prosecuted voter fraud cases.

Obama Signs Defense Bill, Kiss your Habeus Corpus Goodbye

Washington, DC - President Barack Obama on Saturday reluctantly signed a defense authorization bill, saying he was concerned about some in Congress who want to restrict options used by counterterrorism officials.
"I have signed this bill despite having serious reservations with certain provisions that regulate the detention, interrogation, and prosecution of suspected terrorists," he said of the $662 billion legislation.

The White House had lifted a veto threat against the bill after legislators made changes in language involving detainees.

In particular, the legislators added language to make clear that nothing in the bill requiring military custody of al Qaeda suspects would interfere with the ability of civilian law enforcement to carry out terrorism investigations and interrogations in the United States.

The House approved the bill on December 14, and a 86-13 vote in the Senate the next day completed the necessary congressional action.

At issue was the president's authority in deciding whether people detained in terrorism investigations would be held in military or civilian custody.

Sen. John McCain of Arizona, the top Republican on the Senate Armed Services Committee, said the legislation includes a "national security waiver" that allows the president to transfer a suspect from military to civilian custody if he chooses.

"I want to clarify that my administration will not authorize the indefinite military detention without trial of American citizens," Obama said in a statement Saturday. "Indeed, I believe that doing so would break with our most important traditions and values as a nation."

Obama said a section of the bill provides the "executive branch" with broad authority on military custody for non-citizen detainees.

The legislators also agreed on tough sanctions language for the Iranian Central Bank, aimed at punishing Iran for its nuclear program.

The measure "will put real additional pressure on the Iranians so they are going to pay a bigger and bigger price, if they continue to move towards nuclear weapons," said Sen. Carl Levin, D-Michigan, chairman of the Senate Armed Services Committee.

In addition, legislators agreed to tough new restrictions on Pakistan to ensure that country is not participating in the manufacture and transport of improvised explosive devices, or IEDs -- the hidden bombs that have caused havoc for coalition forces in Afghanistan.

"Ultimately, I decided to sign this bill not only because of the critically important services it provides for our forces and their families and the national security programs it authorizes, but also because the Congress revised provisions that otherwise would have jeopardized the safety, security, and liberty of the American people," the president said Saturday.

Best Obama Billboards of 2011

Los Angeles, CA -  In a year that the criminal Zionist controlled White House, along with the entire Federal Government's participation, released yet another fraudulent and forged Obama birth certificate and then 4 days later stages the Osama Bin laden death hoax, we celebrate the best in Obama Billboards we have captured or come across during 2011.

As we continue to let 545 treasonous individuals allow the usurpation of the office of President of the United States in the form of Kenya Born, international criminal felon fraud, Barry Soetoro, I salute those you you know know, like I do that Barry Soetoro will be in a prison cell for life, if not executed for treason once the revolution takes place in America.

As we head into a 2012 election year that has the promise and glimpse of the reclamation of our liberties, while restoring the constitution through Republican candidate Ron Paul, we all know whose side you should be on, but how long until the fleabagging sheeple of the Obama Cult stop drinking the stupid-aid.

May the Revolution lead us not into temptation.

Ron Paul Supporters Growing By Leaps and Bounds

NEWTON, Iowa – It has been said Ron Paul supporters would walk through broken glass, barefoot to help the Texas congressman win Iowa and beyond but Jeremy Spice and Sarah Howe went a few steps further.

They got tattooed.

In huge letters across his left forearm reads "REVOLUTION," a logo often used by Paul's supporters ; Howe's smaller, matching tattoo is on the back of her neck.

The two had driven to Iowa from Fort Wayne, Ind., at the last minute to attend a rally for veterans Tuesday evening Paul was hosting.

"We both have this week off after Christmas — it was last minute but we were like, we're going to go," Spice said. "So we left yesterday around noon, got in last night around midnight."

Paul's growing popularity in Iowa is no surprise to those who love him best. In some cases, these supporters have spent years vocally supporting him through straw polls, social media and contributing to his massive money bombs that raise millions within hours.

His support reaches beyond the droves of college students who have come to Iowa to volunteer and who are the most closely associated with Paul's campaign.

Among the Paul fans gathered at a recent event at theIowa Speedway were a 28-year-old factory worker, a 60-year-old military veteran and a 48-year-old registered Democrat.

With a nose piercing, a Ron Paul stocking hat, a shirt declaring his support of Paul in the 2011 Ames Straw poll and a leather jacket with a "Led Zeppelin" patch on the sleeve, David Richardson, a 28-year-old factory worker from Newton, looked the part of a stereotypical Ron Paul supporter.

Like many Paul fans, the Texan's brand of constitutional conservatism first caught his interest. From then on, the more he read, the more he liked.

"His opposition to the Federal Reserve really caught my attention; it was something I hadn't thought a lot about before," Richardson said.

Deanna Seiler, a Democrat from Elberon, Iowa, said Paul's adherence to the powers outlined in the Constitution attracted her as well as his opposition to trying to turn backward foreign countries into modern societies, which Paul calls nation building.

"What is the purpose of us being everywhere and not here?" she said.

Bob Colby, a 22-year veteran of the military, was the first person to raise his hand following Paul's speech.

"I just have a comment," he said when called upon. "I'm retired military and of all the candidates that are running right now, you are the only one that I would trust to be my commander in chief."

Paul has called for troops to be withdrawn from Afghanistan as well as from other countries, such as Japan, where the United States still maintains military bases.

Not window shopping

Unlike Iowans who have visited rallies for other candidates and say they're still undecided, those who attend Paul events aren't window shopping. They come to see the man they're committed to support in the Jan. 3 caucuses.

"Our supporters have always been very loyal," Paul said. "My attitude to build momentum is to reach as many people as I can, and that means going to these meetings and rallies and the rallies are getting bigger and so I keep doing the same thing."

Paul supporters are not only vocal but are protective of the man they often refer to as "Dr. Paul." If they think a media organization has either ignored Paul, made a mistake about his record and smeared him, they bombard the offender with e-mails, phone calls and online comments.

In some cases, the slights only energize them, according to supporters who initially e-mailed USA TODAY to express their disapproval of a story about a series of newsletters Paul distributed that contained racist and anti-Semitic language.

"We as supporters get even more adamant in our support when the mainstream media marginalized and ignored Ron Paul," Paul Niehaus IV of St. Louis wrote in an e-mail. "That just fuels our intensity."

Paul supporters pride themselves on their research abilities and their comprehensive knowledge of Paul's policies. Instead of relying on websites or listservs, they scour the Web for stories about Paul and make their views about those reports known.

"The reason you hear so much more from Dr. Paul supporters should be clear - we actually have educated ourselves on all the candidates in the field," wrote Jeff Smith of Houston. "When we pick our guy then we feel strong convictions about it. So, if we see someone representing him in an unfair light then we call them out on it."

Such reactions from Paul supporters has made public figures think twice about criticizing him publicly, said Rep. Walter Jones, R-N.C., who has endorsed Paul.

"I would think they don't want to alienate his supporters or him," he said.

Straw polls

The intensity of Paul's backers is also apparent in their ability to mobilize to help Paul win several straw polls at various political events.

Their willingness to show up en masse to vote has irked some Republican and conservative activists, who have claimed Paul's people have hijacked the polls.

After Paul won the Values Voters Summit October straw poll, Family Research Council President Tony Perkins hinted that the ballot box may have been stuffed.

"There were 600 people, over 600, that registered today just for the day, there were a number of people that left after Ron Paul spoke," he told reporters after the event. "You do the math."

Paul has topped the Conservative Political Action Conference straw poll for two years straight.

When the results of the 2011 straw poll was announced, David Keene, then-outgoing chairman of the American Conservative Union, downplayed the results.

"It is what it is. It's a straw poll," Keene said. The audience, filled with Paul supporters, booed.

In Iowa, Republicans have worried that a Paul victory on Tuesday could hurt the state's credibility.

Terry Branstad, Iowa's five-term Republican governor, went as far this month to say a Paul win should be ignored and that whoever finished second should be considered the winner.

That's a reflection of the commitment of Paul's supporters and the impact they can have in a caucus with a low voter turnout.

"Enthusiasm times organization equals turnout," said Drake University professor Dennis Goldford in a recent interview. "In a small pond, a modest-sized rock makes a big splash."

Criminal and Treasonous Virginia Attorney General Changes Law because GOP Puppets Candidates Cannot Follow Rules

Newswire - The treasonous Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli is intervening in the Virginia presidential primary dispute and plans to file emergency legislation to address the inability of most Republican presidential candidates to get their name on the ballot, Fox News has learned.

cuccinelli_100910.jpg
Only Mitt Romney and Ron Paul qualified for the Virginia primary, a contest with 49 delegates up for grabs.

The failure of other candidates to qualify -- notably Newt Gingrich and Rick Perry -- led to complaints that the 10,000-signature requirement is too stringent.

Cuccinelli, who is a Republican, shared the concerns.

"Recent events have underscored that our system is deficient," he said in a statement. "Virginia owes her citizens a better process. We can do it in time for the March primary if we resolve to do so quickly."

Cuccinelli's proposal is expected to state that if the Virginia Board of Elections certifies that a candidate is receiving federal matching funds, or has qualified to receive them, that candidate will upon request be automatically added to the ballot.

Two former Democratic attorneys general are also backing the move, along with a former Democratic state party chairman and a former Republican state party chairman.

Former state Attorney General Tony Troy called the Virginia process a "legal and constitutional embarrassment." Fellow former top Virginia prosecutor Steve Rosenthal said: "This is not a Democratic or Republican issue. If it takes emergency legislation, then we need to do it."

Sources told Fox News that Virginia Gov. Bob McDonnell is expected to support the emergency legislation as well.

Perry has meanwhile filed a lawsuit, while a local activist has filed another lawsuit on Gingrich's behalf -- though the individual is not with the campaign.

Perry's campaign applauded Cuccinelli in a statement Saturday afternoon, while continuing to urge other candidates to join its lawsuit.

"Virginia's onerous and restrictive ballot access rules do create serious constitutional problems and undermine the rights of citizens and candidates," the campaign said.

Because the Zionist puppets Gingrich and Perry are too stupid and too pathetic to gather enough signatures, the criminal and treasonous Virginia GOP officials are changing the laws to help these criminal felons CHEAT the election process.

All of these criminals belong in orange jumpsuits.

Kelly Clarkson Sales Spike after Ron Paul Endorsement

New York - A word of advice to prospective American Idolcontestants: vote libertarian.

One day after she announced her support for Republican presidential candidate Ron Paul on Twitter, sales of pop singer Kelly Clarkson's most recent album were surging Friday on Amazon.com.

One day after she announced her support for Republican presidential candidate Ron Paul on Twitter, sales of pop singer Kelly Clarkson's most recent album were surging Friday on Amazon.com.Sales of Clarkson's album Stronger shot up 442% between Thursday and Friday afternoon on Amazon (AMZN, Fortune 500), moving the album from #38 to #7 on Amazon's sales list.

While there's no way to tell whether her support for Paul was the only reason for this jump, the endorsement clearly made a difference for some fans.

"I must admit I have not really followed you but your recent stance on Ron Paul made me check you out," one fan wrote Friday in a review of the album on Amazon. "If you are smart enough to support Ron Paul then you are probably talented too."

"JUST DISCOVERED YOU...BECAUSE OF RON PAUL!" another wrote. "The energy of these songs would be great as Ron Paul event background music."

On Thursday, Clarkson wrote on Twitter that if the libertarian candidate "wins the nomination for the Republican party in 2012 he's got my vote."

"I love Ron Paul. I liked him a lot during the last republican nomination and no one gave him a chance," she wrote in an extended tweet.

Although she identified herself as a Republican, the former American Idolchamp said she "voted Democrat last election." And this go-round, "Out of all of the Republican nominees, he's my favorite," she said.

The Paul campaign thanked Clarkson for her "kind words" in a tweet on Thursday.

News of Clarkson's Amazon sales was picked up Friday by the Hollywood Reporter. Her album sat at #39 on the Billboard album charts as of Friday afternoon, though it was up to #13 on Apple's iTunes charts.

K-Mart Layaway 'Angels' Phenom Spreading

San Mateo, CA - A 10-year-old boy walked into a Kmart store in San Mateo on Wednesday afternoon, placed $20 on the counter and said he wanted to pay down a stranger's layaway account.

Sameera Chatfield, the supervisor who helped the young "layaway angel," an anonymous shopper who pays off layaways for strangers -- arecent trend occurring at Kmart stores nationwide-- said the boy walked in with his mom and specifically requested an account that included toys for boys.

"It was perfect," she said. "I wish he had stayed around for a few minutes, because the people whose account he paid for came in."

She said the family smiled when she told them that the "angel" who paid down their account was a 10-year-old boy.

The boy is one of several such do-gooders Chatfield has helped since Friday, when people started coming in and offering to pay down layaways.

"It has been absolutely fabulous," Chatfield said. "It makes me want to go out and do something for someone else."

The contagious good will, which has spread to Kmart stores around the country, appears to have its roots at a store in Michigan, where an anonymous woman reportedly paid about $500 toward the layaway accounts of strangers earlier this month.

The "angels" vary in age and ethnicity, but most request to remain anonymous and that their money go toward paying off accounts that include toys or children's clothes. On Friday morning, a man in his 30s walked into a Kmart in Hayward with $10,000 in cash.

"He came in and said, 'I heard what's going on in other states.' I'd like to do it," said John Pawlik, 52, a manager at the Hayward Kmart. He said the man paid $9,800 toward layaway accounts and donated the remaining $200 to the Salvation Army.

Pawlik said in another instance, a couple came in and said they wanted to pay off an account because they don't have children of their own.

"I think it's great," Pawlik said. "It puts your faith back in how you feel about people."

Michelle Caldwell, 30, said that in the 10 years she has worked at the Kmart in San Leandro, she has not seen anything like this. Since Sunday, Caldwell said she has helped about five people who offered to pay down layaways.

"It's just really touching," she said. "If I had the money, I would be doing it myself too."

John Garcia, a 44-year-old assistant manager at the Kmart in Redwood City, said that when sales associates inform the lucky customers that an anonymous person has paid down their accounts, most of the time their reaction is tearful.

"It's almost like they're in shock," he said. "Like they've won the lottery. And in those instances, they have."

Garcia said the trend is improving morale among sales associates and benefiting Bay Area families who are in need at this time of year.

"I've seen lots of demonstrations of goodwill towards people, but never one that gained such momentum," he said. "It's something that's very special that's happening."

Romney Son Jokes about Obama's Birth Certificate, More Zionist Propaganda

DES MOINES, Iowa - One of Mitt Romney's sons has an answer for those who say his father should release his tax returns. He jokes that President Barack Obama should go first and release his birth certificate and other records.

Matt Romney's wisecrack came before an audience in New Hampshire on Friday. In response on Twitter, the Obama campaign tweeted, in part, "Guess he doesn't have one of our mugs?"

The Obama campaign sells mugs with a picture of Obama's birth certificate.

Matt Romney was appearing with three of his brothers when he said in regard to the tax return question: "I heard that someone suggested that as soon as President Obama releases his grades, and birth certificate, and a sort of a long list of things, then maybe he will."

Brother Tagg Romney jumped in and said, "That was not my dad who said that."

Matt Romney later tweeted regret that he'd repeated what he called "a dumb joke."

Mitt Romney has refused to release his tax returns but says he'd reconsider if he were the GOP nominee for president. Obama released his tax returns during the 2008 Democratic primary and in each year of his presidency.

The Romney campaign took a different kind of swipe at Obama, calling via a new website for $18 donations as a response to Obama playing golf while on vacation in Hawaii — a dollar a hole.

Communist and Socialist Parties Support the Usurper-In-Thief

Los Angeles , CA - While every Democrat voter is not a communist yet, almost every Democrat politician is - certainly every party leader. So, why are we still pretending that there is some kind of nuanced difference between today’s Democrat Party and today’s Communists? JFK would be no more welcome in today’s DNC than Juan Williams is at NPR.

Yes, the Soviet Union fell in the 1980's thanks to Ronald Reagan breaking their bank in the arms race. Cuba, the last standing Soviet-styled communist nation, is forced lay off a million public sector employees because their bank is bust, too. Red China is on the rise, however, and Democrats have long ago introduced Marx into every facet of American society.

As Democratic Socialist of America National Director Frank Llewellyn states in his latest missive to his socialist comrades, “There are just 8 days until the election: This is not a time when progressives can stand on the sidelines.”

Note that Llewellyn did not refer to his comrades as communists, socialists or Marxists, all of which would be accurate. He referred to his comrades as “progressives.” That’s because today’s hardcore leftist is no longer considered hardcore left, but rather “progressive.”

Obama – Pelosi – Reid – Frank – Biden – Clinton – Dodd and every other Democrat politician is proud to proclaim openly the title of progressive. None of them is in the closet anymore. Bernie Sanders, a long-time card carrying Socialist, heads up the “progressive caucus” and John Conyers, a long-time card carrying Communist, formed the Black Caucus, which is not focused on Black issues, but rather the communist agenda. Both are legislative bodies under the direction of the Democratic Socialists of America.

Before Obama was repackaged as a moderate Democrat from Hawaii to become a shoe-in Senate candidate from Illinois, he was first a failed third party candidate of the New Party, a temporary front org for the Communist Party USA. But what’s in a title?

DSAUSA Director Frank Llewellyn warns his progressive comrades:

“Frankly the stakes could not be higher. A Republican takeover of the House of Representatives or the Senate would put an end to any chance of meaningful reform until after the 2012 election.

Moreover, the limited gains of the last two years would be put at risk. Republicans have made it perfectly clear that their primary goal is to repeal all of the legislation --from health care reform to student loan reform to the modest reforms that were intended to rein in the Wall Street speculators who were the primary cause of the economic crisis that we still suffer from today-- that the current congress passed and the president signed into law.”

Then Llewellyn calls his comrades to arms… 4 things you can do now!

1- Friends don't let friends forget to vote
2- Join with others in local efforts to turn out progressive voters
3- Work from your home to help turn out progressive voters in other areas
4- VOTE

Llewellyn has done a magnificent job of convincing people that despite the fact that he is the most powerful individual in today’s most powerful communist/socialist organization in America, there is some kind of nuanced difference between communist – progressive and democrat.

In his CBS News column from 2009, Llewellyn complains, "Socialism is now an active part of the Republican lexicon, among the litany of routine charges to be trotted out whenever they cannot come up with a substantive critique of policy initiatives they oppose."

We have heard all Democrat politicians repeatedly regurgitate this message since. However, in his latest urgent missive to progressive comrades, Llewellyn seems to say quite the opposite, as he takes aim at ALL Republicans and calls upon ALL of his socialist/progressive comrades to “get out the vote” for Democrats, or lose their entire leftist agenda under Republicans:

“Such a result would further diminish the prospects of restoring the economy and would legitimize the campaign of obstruction, vilification, and mendacity that they have carried out for the last two years. Further, a Republican wave would bring into political office a new class of political extremists representing the worst elements of the right-wing fringe.”

The bigger problem is that progressives think that everyone in America should (read does) have the right to vote. This includes duplicate votes, illegal alien votes, felon votes and even deceased voters. But it does NOT include the military vote, or the corporate America vote, the employer vote or the self-reliant patriot vote, aka the Tea Party vote.

2.9 million Military votes are being compromised as we speak, due to Democrats in control of DC refusing to mail ballots to deployed soldiers in time for soldiers to return them before the deadline. Caught in the crime, their answer was to allow a 24-hour grace period for soldiers deployed.

Meanwhile, ACORN perfected the art of voter fraud and 2010 promises to set new records, according to folks keeping a close eye on such things.

So, at this late hour, with all that is at stake, and with all of the evidence needed to convict in any honest court in the free world, why on heaven’s earth do we still allow communist/socialists to hide behind much more marketable names like progressive or democrat?

Maybe you will understand if you listen to Democrat Maxine Waters (Black Caucus) explain their plan to “socialize” the oil industry in America?

What do you think they mean by “wealth redistribution?”

How long will the lies be allowed to stand? If Americans don’t begin to stand up and speak the truth, the lies will stand and soon, the truth will have no audience in this country.

I sure hope Glenn Back talks about this soon! If Glenn doesn’t say it, people don’t seem to get it. But I sure hope they get it soon. I sense that time is short.

100% Proof Obama's Birth Certificate is a Forgery

Los Angeles, CA - While the treasonous media continue to lie to the American people about Barack Obama, the movement to jail and impeach this international counterfeit criminal felon is heating up across the nation.

While the usurper in the White House released his 4th, let me repeat, 4th forged birth certificate, this Kenyan born fraud must be jailed, impeached, and tried and convicted for Treason.

My question...When are the Citizens of America going to rise up and overthrow this criminal and fraudulent regime know as the United States government?

Talkin' about a revolution.

Obama To Clinton: "You're A Racist." Clinton Calls Obama: "The Worst President Ever."

Washington, DC - Only one week after reporting thatMichelle Obama may be having a "steamy secret affair" with a Secret Service agent, The Globe has just unleashed another bombshell that may very well sink the foundering Obama Regime. According to the Globe, long-standing tensions between Barack Obama and Bill Clinton reached the boiling point during a recent golf outing at Andrews Air Force Base.

According to multiple unnamed sources, Clinton has been confiding to close pals that Obama is "the worst President ever" and his presidency is a "sinking ship" that is "taking the Democratic party and the country down with him," and when Obama confronted him on the comments, Clinton looked him in the eye and said; "Yes, it's a fact." The Globe reports: "At that point, the source adds, Obama went ballistic and told the ex-Prez; 'Then you are a racist and no different than the rest of them.'"

There’s certainly much more to this story than a gossipy accusation from a supermarket tabloid. While the information apparently comes from multiple unnamed sources, it is not in dispute that there is a long history of disgusting and highly politicized accusations of racism against Clinton from Obama's surrogates over the years. During the 2008 primary campaign, CNN political analyst Donna Brazile, Obama spokeswoman Candice Tolliver and a number of others repeatedly implied that Clinton's comments on Obama's lack of experience and his "fairy-tale image" were racially motivated.

And charges of racism against Clinton by Team Obama have not gone away. As recent as January of 2010, Al Sharpton played the race card against Clinton in reference to Obama on the Sean Hannity show, and the ongoing onslaught of accusations is clearly getting under Clinton's skin. In September of 2009, Clinton even went so far as to defend conservatives against slanderous accusations by former-President Jimmy Carter that racism drives Obama's opponents: "I believe that 100 percent of those who are opposing him now would be against him if he were a white Democrat."

And while the media perpetually attempts to sugar-coat Obama's falling poll numbers, it is secretly and widely acknowledged, even from within Obama's inner circle, that his presidency is a "sinking ship." Fox News Political analyst, Pat Caddell, a life-long Democratic operative recently stated: "He's [Obama] in deep trouble" and added, "Even if he wins, he can't govern." Previously, Caddell went on record to say what is now, only a whisper in the corridors of power in Washington; namely, that Obama should announce that he is not going to seek a second term: “Obama should announce immediately that he will not be a candidate for reelection in 2012." Caddell added that Obama “has largely lost the consent of the governed.”

And polling numbers only drive the point home. A recent Associated Press poll indicates that 52 percent of Americans believe "Obama should be voted out of office" and only 43 percent believe Obama deserves reelection. Interestingly, when Time Magazine reported the poll results, the editors spun the results and reported in the article’s headline that Obama's reelection chances were "50-50." The Associated Press, in its reporting, also editorialized the results claiming that for "the first time" a majority of adults "believe that Obama should be voted out of office.”

But it's not the "first time." Back in April of 2010, CNN reported that "52 percent said the President does not deserve to be re-elected, while 44 percent said that he does" and while Obama's poll numbers go up and down, they have trended dangerously low over the past two years and the liberal media is doing everything in its power to spin what is becoming a foregone conclusion.

The recent resurgence of the Obama-Clinton feud doesn't help matters for Obama. It's no secret that Hillary Clinton, even if Obama pulls off a miracle and wins reelection, will not serve another term as Secretary of State and abandonment by the Clintons will certainly mean that Obama will have difficulty in raising the one billion dollars that he anticipates putting into his campaign coffers.

And now that the man behind the curtain has been exposed, will the media continue to go to bat for Obama or will the media honestly investigate stories that have remained hidden for far too long such as the accusations of crack smoking homosexuality from Larry Sinclair, the Rev. Wright and Bill Ayers connections and the credibleaccusations from a number of graphics experts that Obama's long-form birth certificate is indeed forged? Only time will tell.

Eric Holder Pulls Race Card: Critics Attacking Me and Obama Because We’re Black

Washington, DC - Eric Holder is losing it.

Clearly the intense pressure is getting to him over his role in “Operation Fast and Furious”, and the two dead U.S. agents (Brian Terry and Jaime Zapata), and hundreds of murdered Mexicans, that resulted from it. And it shows.

Holder, in a New York Times profile this morning, says his critics are playing “Washington gotcha” games to paint him in the worst possible light. But then Holder goes way over the line:

Of that group of critics, Mr. Holder said he believed that a few — the “more extreme segment” — were motivated by animus against Mr. Obama and that he served as a stand-in for him. “This is a way to get at the president because of the way I can be identified with him,” he said, “both due to the nature of our relationship and, you know, the fact that we’re both African-American.”

This man is a disgrace. He shows absolutely no remorse or guilt over the mayhem he has caused with his gun-running debacle. When asked by a Senator if he had ever sent an apology to the family of slain Agent Brian Terry, or even called them with condolences, Holder said no, and – unbelievably –refused to apologize at the hearing. When faced with public outrage over that refusal, Holder was clearly pressured by Obama to send an apology – but he released it to POLITICO before sending it to the family!

Holder absurdly accuses others of playing the race card when we dare to mention the pile of bodies over his ‘Fast and Furious’ operation, but yet he himself has no problem playing it when it comes to his job. Holder decided that Black Panthers with batons shouting racist threats at a polling place does not constitute voter intimidation, but that Voter ID laws do – and dropped the Black Panther case, which was denounced even by minority members of the U.S. Civil Rights Commission. Holder even said later that criticism of the Black Panther case demeans “my people”– once again shamelessly pulling the race card.

And most recently, to distract Americans from the one-year anniversary of Brian Terry’s death, Holder suddenly – without any prior indication to the media – trotted out his Civil Rights Division head (and possible perjurer) Thomas Perez, to release results of their 3+ year old investigation of Sheriff Joe Arpaio. The report was filled with – what else – ridiculous accusations of racism against Sheriff Joe and his deputies. Once again – everyone else is a “racist” – except Holder and his circle.

Holder is beneath contempt. He MUST go. So far, 57 Representatives and one Senator have called for his resignation. If you have not yet done so, please contact your Reps NOW and tell them to join the others in demanding this worst Attorney General in U.S. history resign, be fired, or face impeachment and removal from office. Also demand they support AZ Rep. Paul Gosar’s resolution H.R. 490 – the “vote of no-confidence” in Holder.

Obama Caught Lying At Press Coference Again

Washington, DC - When President Obama held a news conference Thursday to push his jobs plan, he told an anecdote about a teacher from Boston he met recently to really drive the point home that Congress needs to act immediately on the American Jobs Act and put teachers back to work. But the tale the president told may have been a bit embellished.

Obama said he had met a young man named Robert Baroz who has two decades of teaching experience, a master's degree and and excellent track record of teaching. "He's an English teacher in Boston who came to the White House a few weeks ago," the president explained to reporters. "In the last few years, he's received three pink slips because of budget cuts. Why wouldn't we want to pass a bill that puts somebody like Robert back in the classroom teaching our kids?"

But there are two elements of Mr. Obama's story that are being questioned. According to the Boston Herald, Robert Baroz never met the president when he was at the White House. And Robert Baroz is currently employed.

Baroz tells the Herald it's true he was at a White House press conference on jobs last month, but he never actually met with Mr. Obama. Instead, he met with the president's Education Secretary Arne Duncan.

It's also true Baroz has in fact received three pink slips in four years, but he is currently employed as a literacy and data coach.

Fox News' Ed Henry asked White House Press Secretary Jay Carney about the discrepancies in the president's story. Carney didn't refute the fact that Baroz never actually met the president. "I think he was this close to the president as you are to me and, you know, the president knows his story," he said.

Carney added that the overall message is indisputable. "[A]ll around the country teachers are being laid off. The president has a plan to solve that...or to address that problem." Carney went on to say Baroz was hired as a "result of the kinds of assistance provided by this administration through the Recovery Act to give assistance to states to ensure that teachers were hired back or weren't laid off to begin with."

Baroz, who is an Obama supporter, explained to the Herald that Obama's story was an effort to tell a higher truth. "People who want to fuss over the word choice are missing the point. It's about our investing in education and in communities," Baroz told the newspaper. "It was technically correct."

Gingrich Collapses in Iowa as Ron Paul Surges to the Front

Des Moines, IA - A new poll from Public Policy Polling shows that Ron Paul has taken the lead in the Iowa caucus race, while Newt Gingrich's support is fading fast. A different Gallup poll shows Gringrich still holding the lead, but slipping, while The New York Times has Paul in the lead as well.

Gingrich has seen his numbers in the PPP poll drop from 27 percent to 14 percent in just three weeks, while his favorability rating is now split at 46 percent for to 47 percent against, the worst of any candidate not named Jon Huntsman. That's quite a fall for someone who looked to be running away with the state and taking charge on the national level.

Mitt Romney has also seen his numbers tick up slightly (to 20%), putting him just behind Paul (23%) for second place. The poll measured voters who are planning to vote in the Republican caucus.

Perhaps the most telling secondary question was, "Do you think Newt Gingrich has strong principles?" Only 36 percent say that he does, but for Paul that number was 73 percent.

The bad news for Paul, however, is that when asked for their second choice for President, only 9% said they would vote for him after their preferred candidate. That means if supporters of any of the second-tier candidates sense defeat and decided to abandon their choice at the last minute, those votes are more likely to go to Romney. Even if Romney doesn't win, the stronger than expected showing could be the snowball that starts a primary avalanche for him.

One other tidbit from the PPP poll, the first question about Barack Obama asked if the respondents think he was born in the United States. Fifty-two percent either said he was not or they're not sure.

North Korean Leader Kim Jong II Dead

SEOUL, South Korea - Kim Jong Il, North Korea's mercurial and enigmatic leader whose iron rule and nuclear ambitions dominated world security fears for more than a decade, has died. He was 69.

Kim's death 17 years after he inherited power from his father was announced Monday by the state television from the North Korean capital, Pyongyang. The country's "Dear Leader" — reputed to have had a taste for cigars, cognac and gourmet cuisine — was believed to have had diabetes and heart disease.

North Korea has been grooming Kim's third son to take over power from his father in the impoverished nation that celebrates the ruling family with an intense cult of personality.

South Korea put its military on "high alert" and President Lee Myung-bak convened a national security council meeting after the news of Kim's death.

In a "special broadcast" Monday, state media said Kim died of a heart ailment on a train due to a "great mental and physical strain" on Saturday during a "high intensity field inspection."

Kim is believed to have suffered a stroke in 2008 but he had appeared relatively vigorous in photos and video from recent trips to China and Russia and in numerous trips around the country carefully documented by state media.

Kim Jong Il inherited power after his father, revered North Korean founder Kim Il Sung, died in 1994. He had been groomed for 20 years to lead the communist nation founded by his guerrilla fighter-turned-politician father and built according to the principle of "juche," or self-reliance.

In September 2010, Kim Jong Il unveiled his third son, the twenty-something Kim Jong Un, as his successor, putting him in high-ranking posts.

Even with a successor, there had been some fear among North Korean observers of a behind-the-scenes power struggle or nuclear instability upon the elder Kim's death.

Few firm facts are available when it comes to North Korea, one of the most isolated countries in the world, and not much is clear about the man known as the "Dear Leader."

North Korean legend has it that Kim was born on Mount Paekdu, one of Korea's most cherished sites, in 1942, a birth heralded in the heavens by a pair of rainbows and a brilliant new star.

Soviet records, however, indicate he was born in Siberia, in 1941.

Kim Il Sung, who for years fought for independence from Korea's colonial ruler, Japan, from a base in Russia, emerged as a communist leader after returning to Korea in 1945 after Japan was defeated in World War II.

With the peninsula divided between the Soviet-administered north and the U.S.-administered south, Kim rose to power as North Korea's first leader in 1948 while Syngman Rhee became South Korea's first president.

The North invaded the South in 1950, sparking a war that would last three years, kill millions of civilians and leave the peninsula divided by a Demilitarized Zone that today remains one of the world's most heavily fortified.

In the North, Kim Il Sung meshed Stalinist ideology with a cult of personality that encompassed him and his son. Their portraits hang in every building in North Korea and on the lapels of every dutiful North Korean.

Kim Jong Il, a graduate of Pyongyang's Kim Il Sung University, was 33 when his father anointed him his eventual successor.

Even before he took over as leader, there were signs the younger Kim would maintain — and perhaps exceed — his father's hard-line stance.

South Korea has accused Kim of masterminding a 1983 bombing that killed 17 South Korean officials visiting Burma, now known as Myanmar. In 1987, the bombing of a Korean Air Flight killed all 115 people on board; a North Korean agent who confessed to planting the device said Kim ordered the downing of the plane himself.

Kim Jong Il took over after his father died in 1994, eventually taking the posts of chairman of the National Defense Commission, commander of the Korean People's Army and head of the ruling Worker's Party while his father remained as North Korea's "eternal president."

He faithfully carried out his father's policy of "military first," devoting much of the country's scarce resources to its troops — even as his people suffered from a prolonged famine — and built the world's fifth-largest military.

Kim also sought to build up the country's nuclear arms arsenal, which culminated in North Korea's first nuclear test explosion, an underground blast conducted in October 2006. Another test came in 2009.

Alarmed, regional leaders negotiated a disarmament-for-aid pact that the North signed in 2007 and began implementing later that year.

However, the process continues to be stalled, even as diplomats work to restart negotiations.

North Korea, long hampered by sanctions and unable to feed its own people, is desperate for aid. Flooding in the 1990s that destroyed the largely mountainous country's arable land left millions hungry.

Following the famine, the number of North Koreans fleeing the country through China rose dramatically, with many telling tales of hunger, political persecution and rights abuses that officials in Pyongyang emphatically denied.

Kim often blamed the U.S. for his country's troubles and his regime routinely derides Washington-allied South Korea as a "puppet" of the Western superpower.

U.S. President George W. Bush, taking office in 2002, denounced North Korea as a member of an "axis of evil" that also included Iran and Iraq. He later described Kim as a "tyrant" who starved his people so he could build nuclear weapons.

"Look, Kim Jong Il is a dangerous person. He's a man who starves his people. He's got huge concentration camps. And ... there is concern about his capacity to deliver a nuclear weapon," Bush said in 2005.

Kim was an enigmatic leader. But defectors from North Korea describe him as an eloquent and tireless orator, primarily to the military units that form the base of his support.

The world's best glimpse of the man was in 2000, when the liberal South Korean government's conciliatory "sunshine" policy toward the North culminated in the first-ever summit between the two Koreas and followed with unprecedented inter-Korean cooperation.

A second summit was held in 2007 with South Korea's Roh Moo-hyun.

But the thaw in relations drew to a halt in early 2008 when conservative President Lee Myung-bak took office in Seoul pledging to come down hard on communist North Korea.

Disputing accounts that Kim was "peculiar," former U.S. Secretary of State Madeleine Albright characterized Kim as intelligent and well-informed, saying the two had wide-ranging discussions during her visits to Pyongyang when Bill Clinton was U.S. president.

"I found him very much on top of his brief," she said.

Kim cut a distinctive, if oft ridiculed, figure. Short and pudgy at 5-foot-3, he wore platform shoes and sported a permed bouffant. His trademark attire of jumpsuits and sunglasses was mocked in such films as "Team America: World Police," a movie populated by puppets that was released in 2004.

Kim was said to have cultivated wide interests, including professional basketball, cars and foreign films. He reportedly produced several North Korean films as well, mostly historical epics with an ideological tinge.

A South Korean film director claimed Kim even kidnapped him and his movie star wife in the late 1970s, spiriting them back to North Korea to make movies for him for a decade before they managed to escape from their North Korean agents during a trip to Austria.

Kim rarely traveled abroad and then only by train because of an alleged fear of flying, once heading all the way by luxury rail car to Moscow, indulging in his taste for fine food along the way.

One account of Kim's lavish lifestyle came from Konstantin Pulikovsky, a former Russian presidential envoy who wrote the book "The Orient Express" about Kim's train trip through Russia in July and August 2001.

Pulikovsky, who accompanied the North Korean leader, said Kim's 16-car private train was stocked with crates of French wine. Live lobsters were delivered in advance to stations.

A Japanese cook later claimed he was Kim's personal sushi chef for a decade, writing that Kim had a wine cellar stocked with 10,000 bottles, and that, in addition to sushi, Kim ate shark's fin soup — a rare delicacy — weekly.

"His banquets often started at midnight and lasted until morning. The longest lasted for four days," the chef, who goes by the pseudonym Kenji Fujimoto, was quoted as saying.

Kim is believed to have curbed his indulgent ways in recent years and looked slimmer in more recent video footage aired by North Korea's state-run broadcaster.

Kim's marital status wasn't clear but he is believed to have married once and had at least three other companions. He had at least three sons with two women, as well as a daughter by a third.

His eldest son, Kim Jong Nam, 38, is believed to have fallen out of favor with his father after he was caught trying to enter Japan on a fake passport in 2001 saying he wanted to visit Disney's Tokyo resort.

His two other sons by another woman, Kim Jong Chul and Kim Jong Un, are in their 20s. Their mother reportedly died several years ago.

Obama FRAUD Film Set to be Released During 2012 Election

Los Angeles, CA - Quad City Pictures, www.QuadCitypictures.com,  announced today it's in negotiations to release it's documentary feature film, FRAUD, strategically during the 2012 Presidential election campaign.

Filmmaker Brent Bateman, who was essentially a one-man-band with his shocking and explosive film, says it's perfect timing for this coming historical election season.

"We had a great opportunity to release it direct to DVD this past summer, but I wanted to reach a world-wide audience so the whole world can see what kind of a fraud Barry Soetoro truly is.  I think the ideal time will be around Super Tuesday, but we won't reveal the exact release date until three weeks before it's release."

With the 2012 election to become the most expensive and most historical to date, with the looming economy, and Barack Obama's approval rating now sliding below 20%, it may seem FRAUD may hit the nerve of the Tea Party and the Occupy Wall Street movement as Michael Moore did with his Fahrenheit 911 film before the 2004 Presidential election.

As most of Hollywood is full of liberal progressives with less than a 6th grade educational level, it's no surprise Bateman, a Rock Island, Illinois native, has hit major hurdles while trying to get his film released.

"Let me assure you, Tinsel Town is full of flaming liberals who voted for Barack Soetoro, and it's a cult.  You have to remember, a cult like the Obama Cult is dangerous.  It's a mixture of ignorance and arrogance all squeezed into this grotesque kool-aid, and it's like crack for these poor Obama cult sheeple," Bateman said.

It will be a nice change of pace to see a film that will not be afraid to show the truth, and from the looks of the trailer, FRAUD is destined to become a world-wide sensation.

Traitor Hillary Clinton Pushes to Make Criticism of Islam a Crime in the US.

Washington, DC - Are Hillary and Barack in a race to see which one can destroy this Country first?  May God protect the United States of America from these two Marxist thugs!

One of the fundamental laws of Islam deals with “slander ,” which is defined in shariah as saying “anything concerning a person [a Muslim] that he would dislike.” At the OIC’s Third Extraordinary Session, held in Mecca, Saudi Arabia in December 2005, the organization adopted a “Ten-Year Programme of Action to Meet the Challenges Facing the Muslim Ummah in the 21st Century.” A key agenda item of that meeting was “the need to counter Islamophobia” by seeking to have the UN “…adopt an international resolution to counter Islamophobia, and call upon all States to enact laws to counter it, including deterrent punishments.” The word “Islamophobia” is a completely invented word, coined by the International Institute of Islamic Thought (IIIT), a Muslim Brotherhood (Ikhwan) front group. OIC adoption of the term reflects the close operational relationship between the OIC and the Ikhwan.

Six years later, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is due to host OIC Secretary General Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu in Washington, DC in mid-December 2011 to discuss how the United States can implement the OIC agenda to criminalize criticism of Islam. Cloaked in the sanctimonious language of “Resolution 16/18,” that was adopted by the UN Human Rights Council in April 2011, the WDC three-day experts meeting is billed as a working session to discuss legal mechanisms to combat religious discrimination (but the only religion the Human Rights Council has ever mentioned in any previous resolution is Islam). The UN Human Rights Council, which includes such bastions of human rights as China, Cuba, Libya, Pakistan, and Saudi
Arabia, introduced Resolution 16/18 to the UN General Assembly (UNGA), where it was passed in March 2011.

The Resolution was presented to the UNGA by Pakistan (where women get the death penalty for being raped and “blasphemy” against Islam is punished by death). Ostensibly about “combating intolerance, negative stereotyping and…incitement to violence against persons based on religion or belief,” the only partnership mentioned in the text is the one with the OIC. The U.S., whose official envoy to the OIC, Rashad Hussain, helped write Obama’s Cairo speech, actively collaborated in the drafting of Resolution 16/18.

Now, the OIC’s Ihsanoglu will come to Washington, DC, the capital of one of the only countries in the world with a Constitution that guarantees freedom of speech and a judicial system that consistently defends it, with a publicized agenda to criminalize criticism of Islam. His agenda, and, apparently that of his host, the U.S. Department of State, seek to bring the U.S. into full compliance with Islamic law on slander, as noted above.

Iranian President Ahmadinejad Never Once Threaten to "Wipe Israel off the Map"

Los Angeles, CA - Iranian President Ahmadinejad have never once threaten to "wipe Israel off the map," as asserted by the Zionist controlled United States media, along with their treasonous servants, John McCain, Sarah Palin, Newt Gingrich, Mitt Romney, and every single presidential candidate, aside from congressman Ron Paul of Texas.

Here is Ahmadinejad's actual quote translated directly to English: "The Imam said this regime occupying Jerusalem must vanish from the page of time."

Pundits and politicians are telling falsehoods which manipulate the public into accepting a confrontation with Iran. Either out of ignorance or by intention, pundits and politicians are actively helping to create a confrontation with Iran. (most are probably regurgitating what they heard from news sources which falsely reported what Ahmadinejad said.) They are manipulating public opinion by misrepresenting what he said. As you can see, Iranian President Ahmadinejad DID NOT threaten to "wipe Israel off the map."

"The Iranian president was quoting an ancient statement by Iran's first Islamist leader, the late Ayatollah Khomeini, that "this regime occupying Jerusalem must vanish from the page of time" just as the Shah's regime in Iran had vanished.

He was not making a military threat. He was calling for an end to the occupation of Jerusalem at some point in the future. The "page of time" phrase suggests he did not expect it to happen soon. There was no implication that either Khomeini, when he first made the statement, or Ahmadinejad, in repeating it, felt it was imminent, or that Iran would be involved in bringing it about." -Ahmadinejad never said Israel should be "wiped off the map".

President Ahmadinejad was talking about the occupying regime which is a form of government. On Feb 20, 2006 Iran's foreign minister confirmed what Ahmadinejad was actually referring to, "He is talking about the regime."

Ahmadinejad has repeatedly made clear he is talking about a democratic political process being the way the regime will vanish:

"I think that the Israeli government is a fabricated governmentand I have talked about the solution. The solution is democracy. We have said allow Palestinian people to participate in a free and fair referendum to express their views. What we are saying only serves the cause of durable peace. We want durable peace in that part of the world. A durable peace will only come about with once the views of the people are met."

The words underlined highlighted  were omitted from the 60 Minutes interview. This omission is another example of how mainstream media is manipulating the public.

Ahmadinejad has been explicate about how he thinks the regime will vanish and it is clear he is talking about a political process andnot an attack as many in the mainstream media would like you to believe: "As the Soviet Union disappeared, the Zionist regime will also vanish and humanity will be liberated."

"Rather than imply a military threat or escalation in rhetoric, this reference to Russia actually validates the intended meaning of Ahmadinejad's previous misinterpreted anti-Zionist statements." -a dangerous rumor has spread.

Someone at the Associated Press altered this quote, what the AP did is "irrefutable proof of media manipulation and propaganda in action. The AP altered the quote to sound more threatening."

Obama 17-Day Vacation Will Cost Taxpayers $4 Million

Kailua, Oahu - The U.S. Secret Service has arrived, street barricades are in place, and the U.S Coast Guard has stationed itself in the waters surrounding Kailua, Oahu. That is a sure sign President Barack Obama’s security team is preparing for the first family to arrive in the small beachside community as early as Friday night for what is expected to be a 17-day vacation.

The President and his family are traveling separately to Hawaii because he wants resolve the payroll tax cut issue before leaving Washington – and his wife does not want to wait.

But the advanced trip and the cost that comes with it – as much as $100,000 (flight and security) – adds to an already expensive vacation for the taxpayers.

Hawaii Reporter research shows the total cost for the President’s visit for taxpayers far exceeded $1.5 million in 2010 – but is even more costly this year because he extended his vacation by three days and the cost for Air Force One travel has jumped since last assessed in 2000. In addition, Hawaii Reporter was able to obtain more specifics about the executive expenditures.
The total cost (based on what is known) for the 17-day vacation roundtrip vacation to Hawaii for the President, his family and staff has climbed to more than $4 million. Here's why.

TRAVEL: $3,651,626

The biggest expense is President Barack Obama’s round trip flight to Hawaii via Air Force One, a cost the GAO office estimated at $1 million in the year 2000. Contacted today, the GAO confirmed there is no report the independent office affiliated with Congress has prepared since 2000 to operate Air Force One and Air Force Two.

However, the U.S. Air Force provides the most current numbers of $181,757 per flight hour. Travel time for Air Force One direct from Washington D.C. to Hawaii is about 9 hours or $1,635,813 each way for a total of $3,271,622 for the round trip to Hawaii and back.

The cost for USAF C-17 cargo aircraft that transports the Presidential limos, helicopters and other support equipment is not available to the public. However, the flight time between Andrews Air Force Base and Hawaii is at about 20 hours roundtrip, with estimated operating cost of $7,000 per hour (GAO report) for a total of $140,000 per roundtrip. The United States Marine Corps provides a presidential helicopter, along with pilots and support crews for the test flights, which travel on another C-17 flight at $140,000 for a total of $280,000.

Mrs. Obama’s early flight to Hawaii costs about $63,000 (White House Dossier), but add security and personnel for a total of about $100,000.

HOUSING: $151,200

Kailua Beach

The President and his family pay for their own beachfront rental (they are not staying in the Winter White House this year but rather a house on the same street further to the ocean point).

The Kailua rentals are fronted by the ocean and backed by a canal. So, the taxpayers must cover the costs for housing U.S. Secret Service, U.S. Coast Guard and Navy Seals in beach front and canal front homes in Kailua.

That costs about $1,200 a day ($200 allocated per bedroom per day). Since security arrives one day early, homes are rented for 18 days.

That is about $21,600 per home for approximately 7 houses rented at a total cost of $151,200 for security to stay nearby.

HOTEL: $72,216

Moana Surfrider Resort

The President’s staff and White House Press Corps stay at one of Hawaii’s oldest and most elegant hotels, the Moana Surfrider. Hawaii Reporter confirmed they are again staying there this year. Besides its stunningly beautiful view of Waikiki, and its traditional architecture, it is one of the most pricey hotels in the state.

Government rates are $177 per night, but that only is available during certain times a year.

Rooms typically start at $250 but can cost on average as much as $450 a night, and are even higher during the holidays. A hotel spokesperson did not return calls to confirm the rate the White House received.

View of Waikiki Beach from the Moana Surfrider Hotel

A conservative estimate with rooms at the government rate of $177 per day (excluding a 9.25 percent Transient Accommodation Tax and a 4.712 percent General Excise Tax on each bill, meals, internet charges and other charges) means the taxpayers are covering more than$72,216 in hotel bills for an estimated 24 staff.

LOCAL TAXPAYER COSTS: $260,000

Local police over time for the president’s visit has historically cost Oahu taxpayers $250,000 but may be more expensive this year with the extended vacation.

The city ambulance the accompanies the president 24 hours a day through his entire visit is $10,000, according to city spokeswoman Louise Kim McCoy.

UNKNOWN COSTS

There are several costs the White House annually refuses to release, citing security.
For example, the president’s security usually rents an entire floor of an office building in Kailua on the canal during the president’s stay.
There are security upgrades and additional phone lines to several private homes where Obama and friends are staying. That includes bullet proof glass installed, home security systems disabled, new security measures put into place and additional phone lines added.
There is the cost for car rentals and fuel for White House staff staying at Moana Hotel.
And there are additional travel costs Secret Service and White House staff traveling ahead of the President.
The total cost (based on what is known) for a 17-day round trip vacation to Hawaii for the President and his family and staff and security is an estimated $4,135,038.

Hawaii Reporter annually has requested details on the cost of the President’s trip, but the White House will not release any figures, citing security concerns. A spokesperson has maintained the costs are "in line" with other presidential vacations.

Hawaii Reporter has sought to determine the cost of vacations for the current president and last two presidents but the Government Accountability Office was able to provide those costs and referred Hawaii Reporter back to the White House spokesperson.

Suspended Students Still Tebowing Outside Long Island High School

Long Island, NY - They’re still Tebowing at the Long Island high school where a salute to Jesus-loving NFL quarterback Tim Tebow got 17-year-old twin brothers suspended this week.

DEEP THOUGHTS: Kids at Riverhead HS strike a Tim Tebow pose yesterday following the suspension this week of classmate twins Tyler and Connor Carroll (below).More than a dozen Riverhead HS students chanted Tebow’s name and struck his kneeling, fisted signature pose yesterday in front of the school, as one of the suspended twin seniors served out his single-day punishment for leading dozens of students in the same homage all week in a hallway.
Sidelined twin Connor Carroll said he killed time in suspension hall by ranking NFL quarterbacks — with Tebow, the Denver Broncos sensation, high on his written list.

“It’s not the most exciting day,” said Connor, who plays football and baseball at the school. “I sat there. I did my work.”

Connor and twin brother Tyler, who is set to serve his suspension Monday, were penalized after organizing the “tribute’’ in which dozens of students jammed a hallway all week, Tebow-style.

“I feel like we were kind of singled out,” said Tyler, who also plays football and baseball. “If we were told to stop, we would have stopped.”

School administrators have insisted that suspending the twins had nothing to do with the “Tebowing” or religious discrimination, instead blaming the stunt for making students show up late to class.

District Schools Superintendent Nancy Carney did not return several calls yesterday from The Post.

“There’s people late to class every day, every period,” Connor said. “I don’t think the number really increased” due to the kneel-downs.

But Tebow himself said the kids should play by the rules.

“You have to respect the position of authority and people that God’s put as authority over you,” Tebow told the media.

“So that’s part of it, and just finding the right place and the right time to do things is part of it, too.

“But I think it does show courage from the kids, standing out and doing that, and some boldness.’’

Tebow has led the once-lowly Broncos on an unlikely winning streak filled with late-game heroics while touting his religious beliefs by praising God to reporters and taking the kneeling stance on the field.

Communist Bill Would Give President Emergency Control of Internet

Washington, DC - Internet companies and civil liberties groups were alarmed this spring when a U.S. Senate bill proposed handing the White House the power to disconnect private-sector computers from the Internet.

They're not much happier about a revised version that aides to Sen. Jay Rockefeller, a West Virginia Democrat, have spent months drafting behind closed doors. CNET News has obtained a copy of the 55-page draft of S.773 (excerpt), which still appears to permit the president to seize temporary control of private-sector networks during a so-called cybersecurity emergency.

The new version would allow the president to "declare a cybersecurity emergency" relating to "non-governmental" computer networks and do what's necessary to respond to the threat. Other sections of the proposal include a federal certification program for "cybersecurity professionals," and a requirement that certain computer systems and networks in the private sector be managed by people who have been awarded that license.

"I think the redraft, while improved, remains troubling due to its vagueness," said Larry Clinton, president of the Internet Security Alliance, which counts representatives of Verizon, Verisign, Nortel, and Carnegie Mellon University on its board. "It is unclear what authority Sen. Rockefeller thinks is necessary over the private sector. Unless this is clarified, we cannot properly analyze, let alone support the bill."

Representatives of other large Internet and telecommunications companies expressed concerns about the bill in a teleconference with Rockefeller's aides this week, but were not immediately available for interviews on Thursday.

A spokesman for Rockefeller also declined to comment on the record Thursday, saying that many people were unavailable because of the summer recess. A Senate source familiar with the bill compared the president's power to take control of portions of the Internet to what President Bush did when grounding all aircraft on Sept. 11, 2001. The source said that one primary concern was the electrical grid, and what would happen if it were attacked from a broadband connection.

When Rockefeller, the chairman of the Senate Commerce committee, and Olympia Snowe (R-Maine) introduced the original bill in April, they claimed it was vital to protect national cybersecurity. "We must protect our critical infrastructure at all costs--from our water to our electricity, to banking, traffic lights and electronic health records," Rockefeller said.

The Rockefeller proposal plays out against a broader concern in Washington, D.C., about the government's role in cybersecurity. In May, President Obama acknowledged that the government is "not as prepared" as it should be to respond to disruptions and announced that a new cybersecurity coordinator position would be created inside the White House staff. Three months later, that post remains empty, one top cybersecurity aide has quit, and some wags have begun to wonder why a government that receives failing marks on cybersecurity should be trusted to instruct the private sector what to do.

Rockefeller's revised legislation seeks to reshuffle the way the federal government addresses the topic. It requires a "cybersecurity workforce plan" from every federal agency, a "dashboard" pilot project, measurements of hiring effectiveness, and the implementation of a "comprehensive national cybersecurity strategy" in six months--even though its mandatory legal review will take a year to complete.

The privacy implications of sweeping changes implemented before the legal review is finished worry Lee Tien, a senior staff attorney with the Electronic Frontier Foundation in San Francisco. "As soon as you're saying that the federal government is going to be exercising this kind of power over private networks, it's going to be a really big issue," he says.

Probably the most controversial language begins in Section 201, which permits the president to "direct the national response to the cyber threat" if necessary for "the national defense and security." The White House is supposed to engage in "periodic mapping" of private networks deemed to be critical, and those companies "shall share" requested information with the federal government. ("Cyber" is defined as anything having to do with the Internet, telecommunications, computers, or computer networks.)

"The language has changed but it doesn't contain any real additional limits," EFF's Tien says. "It simply switches the more direct and obvious language they had originally to the more ambiguous (version)...The designation of what is a critical infrastructure system or network as far as I can tell has no specific process. There's no provision for any administrative process or review. That's where the problems seem to start. And then you have the amorphous powers that go along with it."

Translation: If your company is deemed "critical," a new set of regulations kick in involving who you can hire, what information you must disclose, and when the government would exercise control over your computers or network.

The Internet Security Alliance's Clinton adds that his group is "supportive of increased federal involvement to enhance cyber security, but we believe that the wrong approach, as embodied in this bill as introduced, will be counterproductive both from an national economic and national secuity perspective."

Air Force Will Not Remove Nativity Scene

Newswire - Travis Air Force Base has decided they will not remove or relocate a Nativity scene and a Menorah in spite of a threat from The Military Religious Freedom Foundation.

“While we appreciate the concerns raised by the Military Religious Freedom Foundation, the Office of the Air Force Judge Advocate General, upon review, concluded the inclusion of a Wing Chaplain sponsored Nativity Scene and Menorah as part of a broader, secular holiday seasonal display does not violate the establishment clause of the United States Constitution,” read a statement provided to Fox News & Commentary.

The MRFF had threatened to sue Travis Air Force Base unless they removed or relocated the holiday display currently located on a major thoroughfare at the military installation.

“This conspicuous display of ritual objects is a clear endorsement of religion in violation of the Establishment clause of the First Amendment, and must either be removed from the premises or moved to a more appropriate location on the Air Force Base to ensure compliance with the United States Constitution,” wrote attorney Katherine Ritchey on behalf of the Military Religious Freedom Foundation.

The Nativity features figures representing the baby Jesus, the Virgin Mary, Joseph and the Wise Men. Adjacent to the Nativity is the Menorah.

“There is no doubt that a reasonable person, upon viewing these two religious symbols, would believe that they convey anything but a religious message,” Ritchey wrote.

The Military Religious Freedom Foundation accused the Air Force of endorsing ‘rituals and beliefs associated with that faith.”

The MRFF said they received a letter from an anonymous airman complaining about the holiday decorations and what he called the “tyranny of the majority.”

“The presence of these clearly religious displays on the main corner of the base deeply concerns me. I am not alone in my feelings of distress,” the anonymous airman wrote. “I know many other people are similarly offended and confused.”

“I joined the military to support and defend the Constitution of the United States, not to spread the gospel,” the airman added. “I fear that the religious symbols so prominently displayed on my Air Force Base convey a different message.”

Tony Perkins, president of the Family Research Council, blasted the threat and called it “yet another flyby-attack on Christianity.”

“No one is forced to stand in front of the Nativity, and salute it, but people in this country should have the right to celebrate Christmas and what it means,” Perkins told Fox News & Commentary last week.

Perkins cited a Gallup poll that suggested more than 95 percent of the nation celebrate Christmas – and a Pew Research poll that indicated 78 percent of Americans identify as Christian.

“Increasingly, people are saying it is time to stop the bombardment of our religious freedom by this zealous. Minority," Perkins said.

Burning Dead Bodies Will Soon Be Used to Generate Electricity

Durham, England - In Durham, England, corpses will soon be used to generate electricity.

A crematorium is installing turbines in its burners that will convert waste heat from the combustion of each corpse into as much as 150 kilowatt-hours of juice — enough to power 1,500 televisions for an hour. The facility plans to sell the electricity to local power companies.

Image DetailSome might find this concept creepy. Others might be pleased to learn that the process "makes cremation much greener by utilizing its by-products," in the words of cremation engineer Steve Looker, owner and chief executive officer of the Florida-based company B&L Cremation Systems, which is unaffiliated with the Durham enterprise.

In Europe, tightening regulations on crematorium emissions, coupled with the high price of energy, will lead more and more facilities to go the way of Durham in the future, Looker said. Will crematories in the United States follow suit?

According to Looker, whose company is currently testing different methods of utilizing cremation waste heat, the expensive turbine systems being installed in Durham are not yet economically viable for crematories here. "In the U.S., most crematories don't have enough throughput," he told Life's Little Mysteries. "Cremation in some parts of Europe is over 90 percent, but it is not over 50 percent yet here." That is, less than half of Americans opt for cremation. Most are buried.

Consequently, while burners in Europe typically run 24 hours day, ones in America operate only eight hours each day, Looker said. "A typical turbine system would cost somewhere between $250,000 to $500,000. If it's running 24 hours a day, that's a five-year payback. If it's running eight hours a day, that's a 15- or 20-year payback, which isn't feasible," he said.

However, Looker is hopeful that the situation could change in the near future. "Over the next 10 years, with the baby boomers coming through, cremation is going to reach 75 to 80 percent. Then, this might be feasible."

Furthermore, a turbine designed by a company called Thermal Dynamic Engineering, which produces just 50 kilowatt-hours of energy but is much less expensive to install than the Durham system, will be available in the near future, Looker said.

Thus, it may indeed come to pass that deceased baby boomers will someday help power your household appliances.
